Individual Betrayal Support

One-on-One Coaching & Mentoring

Sometimes you need more than a group setting. You may have something specific you're trying to work through, need help sorting through what you're experiencing, or simply need a safe place to talk with someone who understands betrayal.

I offer a limited number of individual mentoring sessions for women impacted by sexual betrayal. This is a private, supportive place to talk honestly about what you're experiencing with someone who understands the complexities of betrayal.

You don't need to have your marriage—or your future—figured out. I'm not here to tell you what decisions to make. I'm here to help you slow things down, seek truth and clarity, care for yourself, and determine what you need moving forward.

Initial One On One Session

Individual Session 2 Hours • $99

Our first meeting gives us extra time for you to share what's happening, talk about where you are right now, and identify the areas where you most need support.

One On One Support Package

Four 90-minute sessions • $299

For women who would like continued support, this package gives time to work through questions, concerns, boundaries, decisions, and next steps together.

What We Can Work On Together

You don't have to know exactly what you need before we meet. We can begin with what feels most pressing and go from there.

Our time together might include:

• Understanding what you're experiencing after betrayal
• Sorting through overwhelming thoughts and emotions
• Boundaries and what healthy boundaries might look like in your situation
• Preparing for difficult conversations
• Navigating relationship changes and uncertainty
• Caring for yourself emotionally, spiritually, and practically
• Identifying areas where you feel stuck
• Considering healthy next steps

Sometimes having a safe place to talk with someone who understands betrayal can help you begin untangling what feels overwhelming.

What Can I Expect?

This isn't a rigid program or a checklist you have to work through. Our time together is shaped by what you need most when we meet.

I'll listen, ask questions, help you look at situations from different angles, and offer practical tools, resources, and biblical encouragement when appropriate. My goal is to provide a supportive place where you can slow things down, think things through, and gain greater clarity.

You remain in charge of your decisions. I'm not here to tell you what you should do or what choices you should make.

Mentoring sessions are offered by Zoom. Before we meet, you'll receive a brief participant form and confidentiality agreement so we can begin with clear expectations for our time together.

Mentoring Is Not Counseling

One on one mentoring is supportive and educational and is not a substitute for licensed mental-health care, medical care, legal advice, or crisis services. When needs fall outside the scope of mentoring, I may encourage you to seek additional professional support.

Not Sure If Mentoring Is Right For You?

Tell me a little about what you are looking for, and we can determine whether individual mentoring is a good fit for the support you need right now.

“The purposes of a person’s heart are deep waters, but one who has insight draws them out.”
